It’s a great way to getting some fresh sea air and valuable exercise.

The ride has proven popular with many family groups as it is offers a very safe riding environment for smaller kids.

Those who are a bit more serious – including older riders, fitness fanatics and riding clubs – will find the circuit a great workout with its long straights and undulating turns.

The track can accommodate all these groups together because it is extremely safe and you don’t have to worry about cars.

It is wide enough for passing, and challenging for the fitness fanatics.
