    • Join Hanna for Vinyasa Flow Class.

       

      Hanna is an experienced Yoga Teacher with over 500 hours RYT (Registered Yoga Training. Each class is designer to safely guide you through yoga breathing and postures which links breathing with movement.

       

      We welcome postnatal Mums and Dads to this class.  No prior yoga experience is necessary, but for those with a regular yoga practice, Hanna tailors the class to suit all levels.

       

      Our classes are deliberately small (12 students) so that you get the individual attention that you need.

       

      You will feel more connected to your body, develop strength and condition and a sense of relaxation but most of all you will have FUN.
