    • Trinity Healing has been running programs for children of all ages for 2 years
      throughout the school term, and we are excited to announce our Summer School
      Holiday Workshops.

       

      The Mindfulness and Meditation for Kids workshops are perfect for little ones aged 4
      –12 years, and for the first time ever, we are launching the Empowerment Program
      for Teens workshop for those in, or entering secondary school.
      Filled with fun and engaging activities, these workshops will encourage your child to
      learn:

       The importance of gratitude
       Strategies for mindfulness in their everyday life
       Breathing techniques
       Stress & anxiety management
       Meditation and its benefits
       Plus much, much more

       

      Programs are age-appropriate, and will be running as follows:
      MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION FOR KIDS WORKSHOP
      Wednesday 10 th January & Wednesday 17 th January 2018
       4 – 8 Years: 10am until 12pm
       9 – 12 Years: 1pm until 3pm
      Price is $35pp and payment is required to secure your child’s place. Numbers are

      2 Years (10am until 10:30am)
      3 Years (10:30am until 11am)
      KIDS: $90 per term
      Wednesday 14 th Feb – Wednesday 28 th March 2018
      4 – 8 Years (4pm until 5pm)
      9 – 12 Years (5pm until 6pm)
      TEENS: $140 per term
      Thursday 8 th February – Thursday 29 th March 2018

      Deanne is a Reiki Master and Intuitive Healer. Dedicated to holding the space for those that
      need it and fostering a better connection to self, Deanne works with clients to maximise
      their own inner healing potential. Mindfulness & Meditation Programs are run on a term
      basis for Toddlers, Kids aged 4-12 and Teenagers as well as Adults.
