Community Running Festival – Berwick

Get your running shoes on and head to Berwick’s Edwin Flack Reserve on 13 April for a free running festival.

Hosted by Berwick Little Athletics, the event is a great way for people from different backgrounds to come together to participate in an inclusive sport. There no complex rules, no uniform, no cost… you just turn up and run!

The running festival will feature free multicultural activities including African drumming, didgeridoo players, bubble soccer and much more.

Distances are based on a child’s age on race day (13 April 2019). There will be boys and girls races for the following age groups;
1km run (5-7 years)
1.5km run (8-9 years)
2km run (10-11 years)
3km run (12-14 years)
3km run (15-18 years).

Parents are welcome to run with their children.

Medals are awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd places. Every other participant receives a ribbon.
