Trinity Healing (Officer) Kids Programs

OFFICER – Programs start 8th February

TEENS:

This is an, ALL NEW 8 week program designed to empower young people in secondary school to better manage the issues that they face in every day life. Aiming to provide life-long tools in each session we focus on the following:

* The importance of establishing a gratitude practice
* Strategies for coping with anxiety, stress and depression
* Body awareness and connection
* Empathy, compassion and resilience
* Building upon foundations for emotional intelligence
* How to own our own emotions and not project them on to others
* How to breathe deeply to maximise the benefits
* Meditation and all it’s amazing benefits
* Positive self esteem

Through arts, music and movement, games, affirmations, strategies and techniques, these programs with Trinity Healing have the ability to leave teens feeling more empowered and better equipped to manage their everyday lives.

THURSDAYS:

8th Feb –  29th March
Note: There will be no session on 1/3 but content will be made up during the other sessions
5pm – 6:30pm

Cost is $140 per child (discount for 3 or more children from the same family across all programs)
Numbers are limited to 8 children. To secure your child’s place a $40 non-refundable deposit is required. Balance must be paid prior to or at the first session. (Payment plans available)

This program strives to create wonderful connections for teenagers to enable them to feel safe to be open and share. With this in mind, your child’s commitment to the program is essential. Please contact Trinity Healing prior to enrollment, if your teen is unable to attend the full 8 week program.

TODDLERS:

This is a 5 week program that aims to lay critical foundations for children aged 2 & 3 years. 
Focusing on age-appropriate techniques, children learn about emotion recognition, the importance of gratitude, focused breathing methods and basic meditation strategies.
The program is designed to leave little people feeling more in control of and able to communicate their emotions and also works to build self esteem and positive body image.

WEDNESDAYS:
14th Feb – 21st March (Note no session 28/2)
2 Years – 10am – 10:30am
3 Years – 10:30am – 11am

Cost is $60 and numbers are limited to 6 children per group. A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your child’s place in the program and balance is required on or before the first day.

KIDS:

This is a 6 week program designed to teach children aged 4 – 8 & 9 – 12 years, age-appropriate methods for living a balanced & connected life, coping with BIG emotions, improving self esteem, managing stress and lots more. In each session we focus on the following:

* Body awareness and connection
* Empathy, compassion and resilience
* Building upon foundations for emotional intelligence
* Emotional recognition
* How to own our own emotions and not project them on to others
* How to breathe deeply to maximise the benefits
* Meditation and all it’s amazing benefits
* Positive self esteem

Through arts and crafts, music and movement, games, affirmations, strategies and techniques, these programs with Trinity Healing have the ability to leave kids feeling more empowered with their emotions and give them amazing tools with which to navigate their daily lives.

WEDNESDAYS:
14th Feb – 28th March (Note no session 28/2)
4 – 8 Yrs: 4pm until 5pm
9 – 12 Yrs: 5pm until 6 pm

Cost is $90 per child (discount for 3 or more children from the same family)
Numbers are limited to 8 children. To secure your child’s place a $35 non-refundable deposit is required. Balance must be paid prior to or at the first session.
